Testimonials
“We cannot thank Regan enough for giving her time and talents to help girls rescued from human trafficking. She ran 3 fortnightly session with the girls in our SHE Rescue Home via zoom and taught them self expression and exploration through poetry. This was an entirely new concept to the Khmer girls (Cambodians)…The girls had a lot of fun both in the sessions and during the weeks in between creating their own poems. It was a freeing, creative and healing process for all of the girls. Thank you Regan! And we can't wait to do it again.” - SHE Rescue Home
"Having Regan come into our classroom has been an eye-opening & enriching experience for both myself and my students. Her ability to instantly connect, empathize, and motivate kids is amazing to see throughout her sessions…Hundreds of students have been impacted by both her writing and getting the opportunity to experience her perspective in person. Her kindness, compassion, and love for writing and humankind are undeniable and shine through when she is leading the classroom.
She does a masterful job of getting students to see the importance of writing, but more importantly self-love, resiliency in tough circumstances, not letting our past write our future, and the power of mindset in how we perceive ourselves and our world…I would highly recommend anyone who can do so to bring Regan into their world, be it a classroom, writing group, club, or any other collection of humans.” - Bryce Phillips, English Teacher
